This Air Vest from Helite offers safety in a stylish, less visible form. Designed to be worn underneath show jackets and casual riding jackets, the airbag can be used on it's own, or can be zipped into a Helite gilet or jacket.
Activated by a multi directional key ball trigger, the inflation speed of less than 0.097 seconds will provide protection in case of a fall. The air jacket is soft, comfortable and more discreet than traditional cross country air vests, and is perfect for use when hacking, show jumping, schooling or dressage. It is not recommended for use when riding cross country.
The air vest offers a large protection volume of between 14 and 28 L (depending on the size of the airbag) which can help to prevent serious injuries. The unique shape of the airbag absorbs shocks and stabilizes the body from head to tailbone.
